VAMPIRE® PINOT GRIGIO
This Vampire Pinot Grigio is made Ramato style, the traditional method for making wine from the grayish-blue pinot grigio grapes. Soft pressing of the clusters and controlled temperature fermentation on the skins for 12 hours. This traditional method gives the wine its beautiful orange copper color. Its dry, zestful combination is reminiscent of ripe pears and roses.
This artisan style Chardonnay was made from 100% chardonnay grapes from our vineyards in Carneros. The grapes were fermented in French Oak Barrels for 9 months before bottling, resulting in an elegant and luscious wine with apple, pear, and tropical fruits, with hints of spice, framed by caramel and creamy vanilla notes on the finish.
This vintage went through a partial malolactic fermentation enabling the wine to retain all the luscious fruit flavors while giving it a creamy finish.
TRUEBLOOD™ NAPA VALLEY CABERNET SAUVIGNON
This full-bodied artisan cabernet sauvignon is made from 100% cabernet grapes from Napa Valley. The handpicked fruit was rested in new French oak barrels for 36 months before bottling. The result is an intense, rich and concentrated wine with aromas of black cherry, cocoa, cassis, and hints of lavender. Ripe flavors of black currant, spice, mocha, and sweet tobacco complete this special vintage. This is a well-rounded wine with long, integrated fine tannins.
TRUEBLOOD™ MT. VEEDER CABERNET SAUVIGNON
This full bodied artisan style cabernet sauvignon was made from 100% cabernet sauvignon grapes from high up on Mt. Veeder. The grapes were picked by hand, sorted by hand then carefully placed in French oak barrels for 27 months before bottling resulting in an intense, rich and concentrated wine with aromas of black cherry, cocoa, cassis, and hints of lavender with dense, ripe flavors of black currant, spice, mocha and sweet tobacco. This is a well-rounded wine with long integrated fine tannins. Gold Medal Award Winning wine at LA International Wine & Spirits Competition 90 Points.
TRUEBLOOD™ ST. HELENA CABERNET SAUVIGNON
This full-bodied artisan cabernet sauvignon is made from 100% cabernet grapes from St. Helena, in northern Napa Valley. The handpicked grapes were nurtured, and carefully aged in new French oak for 27 months. The result is an intense, concentrated wine rich with aromas of blackberry, sweet herbs and licorice. On the palate, boysenberry, cedar and chocolate create a balancing act to complete this special vintage.

It begins with beautiful blend of Tempranillo and Garnacha grapes, grown in the province of Toledo in Central Spain. Then we add all-natural fruit flavors and some unfermented grape juice to produce the perfect sangria: not too sweet, but more than sweet enough, intriguingly fruity, filling the mouth with the flavor of rich red wine and leaving a full finish. Oh, and it’s 10% alcohol. This is a real drink.
