Our Dracula Brut Sparkling Rosé is a seriously fun wine made in the traditional and time honored Méthode Champenoise. This is a fruit forward rose with notes of griotte cherry, dry apricot, cranberry and touches of strawberries. It has a refreshing acidity with lively bubbles.
